		<description><![CDATA[Scott, thanks for the callout and for your membership with USAA. You&#039;ve made some very good suggestions. I&#039;m the &quot;conversationalist&quot; on What&#039;s on Your Mind and should add a photo and short bio.  I don&#039;t know why I didn&#039;t think of that.  

As for using the site - as well as Twitter and Facbook - as a customer service connection, I can assure you we are.  In the majority of cases we take these issues offline as to keep the member&#039;s information and specific situation confidential.  In some cases it remains public, but that&#039;s the individual&#039;s choice.

We have a small team -for now- working through how we play in the social media sphere, but we&#039;re examining how USAA needs to be represented on the tools you mentioned.  We&#039;re also looking for the next Twitter.
